Before your consultation
Bring an up-to-date medication and supplement list, relevant medical history, and your questions or goals. Your provider may recommend laboratory testing or additional information based on your evaluation.
Do not send sensitive medical information through ordinary email or website contact forms. Use the secure patient/booking system when appropriate.
